I discovered the value of meditation and breath work several years ago, but it wasn’t until I began to regularly facilitate a mindfulness session for an ever changing group of amazing people at a private facility that I discovered just how powerful this practice can be. The guided imagery videos I have uploaded all contain original content and are narrated by myself. There is an option to start with a progressive muscle relaxation exercise and specific breathing techniques to help prepare listeners for the guided imagery journey. This inner adventure promotes a sense of peace by replacing intrusive or unpleasant thoughts with imagery meant to relax and calm the mind. There are many flavours of mindfulness, and I don’t profess to know them all or be an expert in any. Having said that, I do hope my narrated content can help you find that elusive inner peace.
